4. $115 payment by July 11th to the Elk River Band Boosters. $117 to Paypal LINK

5. FINAL STEP - Set up your online payment system through
Music Festivals and Tours and pay the $200 deposit by July 22nd.

Payments to Music Festivals & Tours:
Initial deposit of $200 pp will be due by July 22, 2025
2nd payment of $375 pp will be due by August 22, 2025
3rd payment of $375 pp will be due by September 19, 2025
4th payment of $375 pp will be due by October 24, 2025
5th payment of $375 pp will be due by November 21, 2025
6th payment of $375 will be due by January 9, 2026
Final payment of balance will be due by February 4, 2026

Are there chaperones needed?
Yes, there will be a limited number of chaperone spots available. The number is variable based on the number of students. Chaperones will pay the same cost as the students.
What is the cost of the tour?
The cost of the tour will be around $2550 depending on the cost of the airfare.
Will there be any fundraising plans?
Yes! In fact we just had a very successful one at the Chipotle. We will need volunteers to help set up fundraising and your participation to make them successful. We will offer them as long as there are people involved.
When will this take place?
We will be traveling over spring break of 2026. The dates are March 28th through April 5th.

There is a very nice hotel in Puerto Rico. We will be staying on the ship the rest of the tour.
